Umbilical cord treatment

Clean and treat a baby's umbilical cord isn’t always done by a midwife or other health professionals. If your baby including a healthy baby, usually a day after delivery will take home with the umbilical cord is still fresh.

Umbilical cord treatment cannot said to be a trivial, how many cases of neonatal deaths because umbilical cord treatment improperly will lead to infection. A sign of infection is the presence of pus, the skin around the red and smelly.

Women who have had babies are usually more skilled than new mothers.  But cleaning and treating a baby's umbilical cord actually is not difficult to do. Just keep umbilical cord sterile and dry until the umbilical cord is release.

abnormal menstrual periods

It's true that most women will have menstrual cycle that are around 28 days, bleeding is normally about 4-7 days, the average blood loss during menstruation is 35 milliliters with 10–80 ml considered normal. But, the menstrual cycle is the scientific term for the physiological changes and there are many factors concerned in . So, some women saying have abnormally menstrual cycle. Irregular menstruation as Heavy, prolonged, or irregular periods.

If woman have usually of normal amount and occurring at completely irregular intervals it could be Menorrhagia, Polymenorrhea or uterine bleeding.

Dysmenorrhea; The menstrual pain

Dysmenorrhea, is the pain or cramps during or just before a menstrual period. Commonly Dysmenorrhea is caused by too much of prostaglandin although factors such as stress, strain, overwork, tiredness, major fluctuations in weight can be caused. While the menstrual cycle begins, the endometrial cells as they are shed from the uterine lining release prostaglandins which causing the uterine muscles to contract. If too much prostaglandin is present, the normal contraction response can become a strong and painful spasm in uterine. And then, the blood flow is cut off temporarily, depriving the uterine muscle of oxygen and thus causing a cramp. The cramps themselves help push out the menstrual discharge.

Getting Your Menses(Menstruation/Periods)

Do you have a complete understanding of a woman's reproductive system? Ok, let me tell you a little phase of our live as a woman. The start of periods is known as menarche, while girls begin to go through puberty usually found between the ages of 9 up 13 gets her first menses period. Menarche happens because all the parts of a girl's reproductive system have matured and effort simultaneously.

The reproductive system release the hormones in their bodies, like estrogen and progesteron which responsibility in order menses every month. In other side, the hormons motivate new physical development, such as growth and breast development. Menses is a major phase of puberty in girls, it's one of the many physical signs that a girl is change into a woman.

And than, what happend in our reproductive system every month after menarche?
